DISCUSSION ROOMS
The UNISEL Library at Bestari Jaya Campus offers 10 discussion rooms, each capable of accommodating 3 to 6 users and exclusively accessible to registered Library Members. Registration for these rooms can be made in person at the Circulation Counters, where users are required to present and leave their student or staff card at the Counter. Usage of the discussion rooms is limited to a maximum of 2 hours, with the option to extend for an additional 2 hours if the rooms are not fully booked.

Users are advised to read and understand the Terms and Conditions of Use prior to your booking:      

  • This room is to be strictly used for ACADEMIC GROUP DISCUSSION only. Playing games/card, watching movies and NON-ACADEMIC RELATED ACTIVITY in the Discussion Rooms is PROHIBITED.
  • Users who LEAVE THE ROOM UNATTENDED for more than 15 minutes will forfeit their reservation.
  • EATING, DRINKING AND SMOKING are strictly not allowed inside the Discussion Room.
  • FURNITURE may not be BROUGHT IN or REMOVED from a Discussion Room. Leave the room CLEAN and TIDY.
  • LOST KEYS must be reported to the Circulation Counter and are subject to a RM10 REPLACEMENT FEE.
  • Failure to comply with library policies, rules and regulations will be grounds for SUSPENSION of Discussion Room privileges.

  • These rooms are available at Bestari Jaya and Shah Alam Campus.
  • These rooms can only be used by registered library members.
  • Bookings can be made through online  https://shorturl.at/rGoXZ or scan QR code.
  • Failure to comply with library policies, rules and regulations will be grounds for SUSPENSION of booking rooms privileges.
